senior Business Development consultant

Appsynth is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its team.  As a Business Development Executive, you will be working closely with our Business Development & Sr. Strategist to help Appsynth expand its client base and win new projects.

Interested candidates must have experience in BD, sales or consulting to enterprises and corporate clients.  Experience in digital or tech innovation is preferred. You also enjoy creating and nurturing relationships with new leads/potential clients, as well as understanding their needs so that you can help identify possible solutions and suggest how Appsynth’s services can help solve their problem(s).

What you will do

  • Build long term partnerships with clients that are looking for digital transformation
  • You will partner with technical and non-technical clients and support with digital product development and resource planning
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales (inbound & outbound) process including identifying new leads, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, preparing customized proposals, negotiating proposals, and winning new clients.
  • Working closely with you will be other functional teams that are involved in the cost & timeline estimation process; such as PM team, Growth team (Data Analytics/Optimization), Design team (UX researchers, UX Designers, UI Designers), and Engineering team to align on the proposed services as well as get the most accurate project estimation.
  • Highly motivated, organized and have a sense for business and sales with good client facing and people skills.

What you will need

  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in BD, sales, consulting, technology, digital marketing/
    advertising for enterprises and corporate clients 
  • You have proven experience in generating new sales leads through industry and company
    research, online and in-person networking, and cold calling
  • You are good at building and nurturing client and partner relationships
  • You have experience building a sales pipeline extending through the next 12 months and
    achieving sales targets
  • You have great communication, presentation, and client project/account management skills
  • You have good interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communications in
    both Thai and English
  • You have strong prioritization, time management skills and pay attention to detail
  • You are highly adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
  • You have a collaborative working style and are a team-player who possesses self-initiative,
    leadership skills, and a can-do attitude
