Report to Head of Project Delivery

Description

This role is responsible for supporting the Product Owner or Project Manager in gathering requirements.
As a member of an Agile team, BA will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
to understand the problems and needs, subsequently
translating them into business requirements, user
journey and solutions.

What you will do

  • Align individual projects with the overall business vision, mission, strategy by using roadmaps, business cases, and other deliverables
  • Supporting Project Managers with various projects 
  • Translate customer challenges into digital solution
  • Leads workshops to gather requirements to aid in problem-solving for the business stakeholders, and translates the needs into business requirements, user journey and technical solutions
  • Delivers gap analysis against proposed technologies
  • Team work with the engineering, design and delivery team to clarify requirements and product goals.
  • Leadership to clarify the business requirements
  • Takes ownership of the scope of work documents
  • Able to create, manage and prioritize the product backlog, translates customer needs into deliverable features through writing and refining epics and stories
  • Able to answer, clear the blocker on the requirement as internal stakeholder or coordinate with the stakeholder
  • With support of the Product Owner or Project Manager, aligns the necessary stakeholders to keep the momentum of progress

  • Deep domain knowledge with good appreciation of the various functions that comprise the
    customer lifecycle

  • Understands trends and emerging technologies
  • Experience and/or understanding of IT change desired but not essential
  • Highly innovative, able to find creative solutions to problems and adapt to new challenges
